CTO / Technical Co-founder
Own the entire technical stack. Lead architecture, scale Next.js + Supabase to millions of creators across Africa, mentor engineers.
Must have
- 3+ years engineering
- Built and shipped a real product
- Strong TypeScript / Next.js knowledge

Own go-to-market across Cameroon and pan-African expansion. Drive WhatsApp + TikTok + creator partnerships. Build the brand.

Next.js Developer
Build and maintain Skilldera's frontend, creator dashboards, storefronts, public pages, admin tools. You move fast and ship clean UI.
Must have
- Solid Next.js App Router experience

Supabase / Backend Developer
Own the data layer, schema design, RLS policies, Edge Functions, Fapshi webhook handlers, and server-side API routes. The engine under the platform.

- Experience with RLS and auth flows
- API integration (REST / webhooks)

Day-to-day execution across TikTok, WhatsApp, IG. Build the Skilldera creator community. Run weekly broadcasts and case studies.
