Own go-to-market across Cameroon and pan-African expansion. Drive WhatsApp + TikTok + creator partnerships. Build the brand.

COO / Operations Co-founder
Run finance, hiring, legal, FAPSHI relationship, KYC ops, and partnerships. Make the engine hum so engineering and growth can ship.

Lead Designer
Design every touchpoint — site, dashboards, marketing pages, social assets. Own the Skilldera brand visual system.

- • 3+ years product design
- • Strong portfolio (live products)
- • Figma fluent

- • Motion / illustration skills
- • Has shipped on Next.js / Tailwind apps
