Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Pro and Premium prorate.
What if my Pro subscription expires?+
Your account drops to Free, but your existing students keep permanent access to everything they bought. Your storefront stays live — you'll just be capped at 3 active products until you renew.
How fast do payouts arrive?+
Pre-September 2026: within 24 hours, manually processed. After our company registration completes, Pro+ plans get automated same-day payouts via Fapshi.
Do you handle refunds?+
Yes. Buyers get a 14-day refund window by default. You can disable this in your settings (with disclosure on your product page).
What payment methods do you support?+
MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money via Fapshi. Buyers pay in XAF directly to their phone. Diaspora card payments and Stripe coming in V4.
