Copyright Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Skilldera respects the intellectual property rights of creators, learners, and third parties. This policy explains how we handle copyright on the platform and how to report infringement.

1. Your content remains yours

When you upload a product (course, ebook, digital file) to Skilldera, you retain full ownership of the intellectual property. You grant Skilldera a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, deliver, and stream that content to paying customers — strictly for the purpose of operating the platform. We do NOT claim ownership and we do NOT use your content to train AI models or for any purpose outside platform operation.

2. What you may NOT upload

You agree not to publish on Skilldera:

  • Content you don't own or don't have a license to distribute
  • Scraped courses, pirated ebooks, or stolen video
  • Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or trade dress
  • Content that uses someone else's name, likeness, voice, or image without permission
  • AI-generated content presented as 100% human-created when it is materially AI-output

3. Reporting infringement (takedown requests)

If you believe content on Skilldera infringes your copyright, send a takedown request to ebesoh.adrian@codershublabs.com with:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL on Skilldera where the infringing content is located
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Our response

We will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
  2. Review the claim against the content in question
  3. If the claim is valid, remove or restrict access to the disputed content within 7 days of the report
  4. Notify the creator who uploaded the content, with the substance of the claim and an opportunity to file a counter-notice
  5. If the counter-notice is filed and is valid, restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be suspended or terminated. We track copyright complaints by creator account and reserve the right to act on patterns of abuse.

6. False claims

Knowingly submitting a false takedown request is itself a violation and may expose the submitter to liability. We may share false-claim information with the affected creator or law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Buyers and reselling

When you buy a product on Skilldera, you receive a personal license to use the product. You may NOT redistribute, resell, share access credentials, or upload the content elsewhere without explicit written permission from the creator.

8. Skilldera trademark and branding

“Skilldera”, the Skilldera logo, and the brand orange color system are trademarks of CodersHub Innovations. Affiliates and creators may reference Skilldera in their marketing (e.g. “Buy my course on Skilldera”), but may not use our trademarks to imply endorsement or partnership beyond what they are entitled to.

9. Open source acknowledgements

Skilldera is built on open-source software. We respect the licenses of every library, tool, and framework we use. Full credit and license notices are published in our public GitHub repository.

10. Contact
