Creator Agreement — Skilldera

This Creator Agreement is between you (“Creator”) and Skilldera, operated by CodersHub Innovations (“we”, “us”). By becoming a creator on the platform you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Your content remains yours

You retain full ownership of all courses, ebooks, videos, files, text, and any other content you upload. You grant Skilldera a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your content to buyers for as long as it is sold on the platform.

2. Lifetime buyer access (the most important rule)

When a buyer purchases your product, they acquire permanent access to that product. This access persists even if:

Your Skilldera subscription expires or is cancelled
You delete your account
You remove the product from your storefront

You agree that buyers' permanent access is core to the Skilldera promise and cannot be revoked by you. Skilldera will continue to host and serve the content to existing buyers indefinitely.

3. Content you may not sell

You agree NOT to sell:

Content you don't own or have rights to (no piracy, no scraped courses)
Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights
Adult or sexually explicit content
Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
Get-rich-quick schemes, MLM recruitment materials, or fraudulent “trading signals”
Medical, legal, or financial advice that could endanger people without proper credentials
Anything illegal under Cameroon law

4. Verification (KYC)

Before your first payout, you must complete identity verification (KYC). We require a government-issued ID and your verified Mobile Money number. KYC is usually reviewed within 24 hours.

If your KYC is rejected, we'll tell you why and you can re-submit. Your products can stay in draft, but you cannot accept payments or publish until verification completes.

5. Platform fees and payouts

Free plan: Skilldera retains 15% of each sale. You keep 85%.
Pro plan: Skilldera retains 10% of each sale. You keep 90%.
Premium plan: Skilldera retains 8% of each sale. You keep 92%.

If you offer an affiliate commission on a product, the affiliate's percentage is deducted from your earnings (not from the platform fee).

Payouts are made to your verified Mobile Money number. Minimum payout is 5,000 XAF. Once requested, payouts are processed within 24 hours.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. When a refund is granted, the buyer's purchase price is fully returned, and your earnings for that sale are reversed from your pending balance.

7. Affiliates (your sellers)

You may choose to enable an affiliate program for any product. You set the commission percentage (between 5% and 50%). Affiliates may promote your product publicly. Their commission is deducted from your earnings, not from Skilldera's platform fee.

8. Compliance with tax law

You are responsible for declaring your Skilldera earnings to your local tax authority. Skilldera does NOT withhold taxes on your behalf. You can export a CSV of all your earnings from your dashboard at any time.

9. Account suspension

If we have reason to believe you've violated this agreement, we may:

Send you a written notice and give you 48 hours to respond
Pause new sales while we investigate
If the violation is severe (e.g. fraud, illegal content), suspend immediately and notify you

You have the right to appeal any suspension by emailing support.

10. Termination

You may terminate your creator account at any time from your settings page. Existing buyers retain access to products they purchased (see Section 2). Pending earnings will be paid out subject to standard payout terms.

11. Updates to this agreement

We may update this agreement when our policies evolve. Material changes will be emailed with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of Skilldera after the notice period means you accept the changes.

12. Acceptance

By clicking “Open my storefront” or otherwise publishing any product on Skilldera, you confirm you've read and accepted this Creator Agreement.
